Below is 2024 Quarter 3 sales numbers for Lake Hartwell.
Days on market has increase in both SC and Georgia as the real estate lake market is returning to a balanced market. Sellers are needing to improve condition and price to attract strong buyers
Hart, Frankin and Stephens GA counties all border Lake Hartwell. The median sales price of single family homes with a covered dock sold in Q3 2024 was $650,000
On the South Carolina side, Pickens, Oconee and Anderson county all border Lake Hartwell. The median sales price in these counties in Q3 2024 is $733,500.
Median sales price remained almost the same YoY as the days on market as doubled allowing buyers more time to shop for a new lake home.
